I called over a month ago to have someone help me with my carpet. I have had it for only 2 years and it looks worse than the builders grade carpet I had for 7 years. No one has called me or followed up with me. I am very unhappy with the quality of the carpet and the customer service. This is the second time I have used you and will be the last. I recently had a friend ask about your service as he needs a comapany to do his flooring for his basement. I will not be recommending your company.
