0 Warranties are designed to protect the consumer against manufacture malfunctions. For instance, if your floor warped or started to peel after a few months, that would be a real problem. Someone damaging the product is not ever going to be covered under any warranty unless you pay specifically for additional coverage. Don't bad-mouth a company because you had an accident in your home and scratched your floor. The company provided the product and the service. The product wasn't defective. They did their part. End of story.
