Run, don't walk away from these shady characters.
-- paid too much - check
-- took twice as long to install as promised - check
-- had to fight with installers to get the right stuff installed - check
-- had to call them back to complain and get fix/finish - check

Am I happy? NO!!

I tried that -- John called and came by. He sent installers to fix one (tiny) issue, but not bigger issue because installers would have had to rip out entire floor and re-do it. Gave me a measly 2% credit to compensate me for my dissatisfaction. I gave you the opportunity to make it right BEFORE I posted this, but you failed to do so. You can contact me if you want to try again. My installation was in Santa Ana, CA. You should be able to find me in your customer database.
