Empire Today Laminate Flloring falling apart - Estates Living laminate flooring

We have the same Estates Living High Gloss laminate. It is in my kitchen, dining room, living room, downstairs bath, and bedroom as welll as entry way. This flooring is a nightmare, and impossible to keep clean it shows every singl foot print and speck of dust. Not only is it impossible to keep clean it is NOT durable. I started having problems with my floors 7 months after installation. Buckling boards, chipping, joints seperating, bubbling, etc. I had a few of my boards replaced, but the same issues continue. I do not want my floors pieced together! I contacted Empire, they have sent out 3 reps from Empire and one 3rd party rep. tod etermine weather it is product or workmanship.... I don't care wich one it is I want a new floor!! Had I known this floor was of such poor quality I ever would have spent the money to have it installed. Our sales rep told us that we could not get the hand scraped flooring that I originally wanted for sale that was offered...guess what... it turns out that I could have! UGGG not only was our sales rep not informed of what was offered he was also uneducated about the product! Empire is still working on my case but I have had to deal with so many rude customer reps that just read from a script and give me the same answers over and over, none to my satisfaction! They want me to wait weeks to send someone out, meanwhile people are catching their feet on the corners that are peeling up and causing more chipping! My floors a re falling apart!
